We our selling our 1998 Honda Civic. I am sad to see it go. This was one of my first cars I bought and it is a real gem! The lady I had bought it from bought it straight off the lot and she had never had any accidents or problems with it. I bought it and have never had any accidents or problems at all whatsoever! The check engine light has never been on. This car is so great. It gets GREAT gas mileage! Around 28-30 MPG. It is a great commuter car or would be a great car for a first time car buyer or student! It has 167,000 miles on it but I know it will go well over 200,000. We have taken excellent care of this car and gotten all its checkups and oil changes on time. If anyone is looking for a cheap but great car let us know! We are asking 2,700 but it blue books at 3,000. There is some slight body damage (scrape) and the cd player doesn't work anymore but other than that it is perfect! It is a manual transmission as well. I really am so sad to see this good car leave us but I do love our new car! Anyways, if anyone is interested please contact Lee or I at 801-867-4664 or 801-529-6991. Here is what she looks like...
And just because Owen is so cute and LOVES to drive cars...

18 month checkup
Wow! Can't believe I have a 1 1/2 year old running around! Seems like yesterday he was born! Anyways, I took him into the doctor yesterday for his 18 month checkup and here are his stats:
Weight: 34%
Height: 61%
Head: 70%
That boy has always had a big head! He got 2 shots which were really sad because this is the first time I think he knew what was going on and he remembers it. He cried and I felt so horrible. And today he kept pointing to his bandaid where he got them and whining and saying ouchy. It is so sad. He loves to point out his "ouchies" and say either ouchy or ow. He also loves to point out mommy and daddys ouchies. He loves to pull open my shirt where I got my skin cancer removed and try to poke it and say ow. It is cute! He is starting to say more words finally! He can say:
mommy
daddy
ouchy/ow
hi
hello
bye
feebee (our dog)
Thank you
binky
meow
ruff ruff
quack
moo
cluck (in case you haven't noticed, he doesn't say the name of animals, just when he sees them he makes their noise)
bee
Tate (my friends son that is the same age, they play together a lot)
No
me
I am not sure what else, I know he has said more but these are what he says pretty regularly. I know he can understand pretty much everything I am saying and it is so crazy. Yesterday I was folding laundry and a sock was too far from my reach so I asked Owen to get the sock for mommy. He didn't know what a sock was and I could tell he was looking around where I was pointing trying to figure it out. I kept holding up a different sock and saying sock, sock, get mommy that sock and pointing to it. He finally got it and brought it to me. He is so cute and obedient and I love all the little things he learns and does.
He also says Thank you all the time! I love it! Everytime I give him something he says "dank oo". I just want to gobble him up it is so cute! I am so proud of him! I know every parent feels the same way about their own children but I just Love him with all my heart and I am so thankful I am his mommy! Here's to another 18 months and more!
